Usercommands similar to Ynhub

Dono if this has being requested before but, it would be handy if you guys could add a 'textcommands' window in the xprotax gui for the people who arent so fluent n scripting. Its just an way easier to add menus and that makes hubs more user friendly. :)

Here is nothing needed to be added in PtokaX, simply use text files (they support DC protocol commands) and create/edit them in any text editor you want ;)
