Resetting of Registered users list

Hi PPK, there is a problem with registered users list in the new version 0.4.1.2. Whenever there is an unexpected shutdown or power failure of the host computer, the users which are registered during the session get deleted. When I switched back to the older version (0.4.1.1) it was working fine. So I guess the problem is in the new version itself.

It is not bug and it is mentioned in changelog:

Because doing so, conflicted with the RegMan portion of the Lua API.

Try to add or remove many regs from script on 0.4.1.1 and you will see why  ;)
