I ONLY USE THAT USER TO CONNECT THROUGH DIXBOT MANAGER.

Remove the Block public hub restriction from your relevent profile and your problem will be solved.

In DiXBoT Mgr -> Security -> Blocker -> Public Hub -> Remove the check form the profile you are in

And then check

.....Or.....

Use This Command -> !blockpubhub < profile > False

THANKS BUT SINCE I CANNOT CONNECT TO MY HUB (WHICH IS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE SET UP IN THERE) I GET NO OPTIONS IN DIXBOT MANAGER.

EVEN IF YOU UPDATE ALL
