[Request] Custom Login / Logout Message

Hello,

I was searching for a Script that an User can set his own Login / Logout Message, but I can not find it.
Can somebody creat this Script?

Something like: !wmset <in/out> <Message>


If it exist allready can somebody post the Link?

I don't want Random Messages. I want the User can add own Welcome Message. I searched in your Sites too but nothing.

No, Message Board is not what you're looking for.
Although there are at least a few to fit the bill,
I think WelcomeMsg 2.0c fits closely to the request.
