PM using Bot's name

is it possible to send random PMs to users using the bots name? I've seen this being done in hubs......

well nothing scripted... Just have the option to PM as the bot.. We have a trigger bot and it would be cool to be able to PM people with that bots name once in awhile.......

The triggerbot should send the pm's.
