Note to new Registrants

A new Security Feature has been implemented which restricts registering to this site from certain countries (currently CN, IN, AF, UA, RU)
this has been added to let them access the website in full but they can not register themselves. If a User from one of these Countries wishes to register to this Board they can apply via the PtokaX Admins Hub.
All this does is block from registering, so once registered by a Mod/Admin they will be able to login without problems, or at least they should be able to  ;D
Current Users from any of these countries shouldn't have any problems logging in either.

Can we assume attempted registrations will see a message informing them to visit the PXA hub?
